Sakya Kachod Choling retreat center is owned and operated by the Sakya Society, a nonprofit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Washington, USA.

Sakya Society is recognized by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations to the retreat center are tax deductible to the full extent of the law for U.S. taxpayers.  Donations from other countries are subject to the laws and regulations of each country.
