May 19 – 22, 2022 (Thursday to Sunday)

with Lama Ngawang Tenzin

This program is now available on Zoom!

White Tara is a female buddha who bestows long life, clears obstacles, and guides us on the path to liberation. Lama Ngawang Tenzin will provide instructions on: arranging one’s shrine, the sadhana (practice text), mudras (hand gestures), torma (ritual food) offerings, and how to conduct a White Tara retreat. He will base his teachings on the sadhana entitled The Distilled Essence for Practicing the Flowing River of the Moon, A Manual of Instruction for the Longevity Sadhana of White Tara, the Wish-Fulfilling Wheel. If you need to purchase a copy of the sadhana, please email us at skc.retreat@gmail.com.
